Course description


Sign up for the course

With this package, we will make a combination of HIIT and Tabata, alternating them in short periods and well-marked intervals.
The aim is to get a sporty and fit body and mind as quickly as possible.
Obviously, a great focus will be placed on your nutritional plan, which will guide you towards a general improvement of the body, in such a way as to accompany and simplify your journey.
